Healthcare technology is revolutionizing wellness and medicine. Robotics, Big data, and other cutting edge technologies are making treatments more personal, accessible and efficient. AI, advanced cell therapies and medical devices are transforming the speed and effectiveness of new modalities of care. All this change is in the backdrop of a healthcare system burdened with physician burnout, heavy administrative costs and poor patient outcomes, approaching 20% of US GDP. Healthcare needs to change and it's changing fast.

Climate change may be the most existential and universal risk humanity has ever faced. There’s broad agreement that something has to be done and there is a fury of research, investment, production and advocacy working tirelessly to avoid that catastrophic climate change. Startups are actively working to not just grow but change the world here. And for good reason- the Inflation Reduction Act alone could spend up to $800 Billion(!) on climate technologies in the next 10 years. If climate tech is this generation's greatest challenge it deserves this generation's greatest innovators.

Lack of education, lack of human rights and inequality are pervasive. Over 250 Million school aged children don’t go to school. Fundamental human rights are denied in global conflict zones. Inequality has fractured and impoverished society. Technology cannot be the only force to solve this daunting problem. But social impact is broad, and technology promises the completion of what were previously only hopeful dreams. Ultimately, social impact is about making a positive impact on real lives. Even one life affected is a worthwhile and meaningful cause.

Fintech is arguably growing at its fastest rate outside of developed economies, transforming and digitizing whole economies. The next ten years will have unparalleled innovation that can capitalize on this new paradigm of what it means to be a financial services company.
